Taiwan BJJ's very own Justin "Ugly" Lee knocked out local Hong Kong favorite Kenny Yeung in 45 seconds in the first round of the Legend Fighting Championship 2 held in Kooloon, Hong Kong on June 24, 2010.
From Legend's website:
"The audience welcomed hometown hero Yeung with a roar of encouragement as he entered the ring, but Lee had his own small but extremely vocal group of supporters in the crowd. It was clear even before the first bell rang that this would be an exciting match, and the fighters did not disappoint. As expected, Lee attempted an early shot, which Yeung effectively deflected, leaving both fighters on their feet."
"As Yeung backed Lee into the ropes and prepared to launch a flurry of punches, the Taipei native timed his own attack perfectly, waiting for Yeung’s guard to drop slightly before throwing a beautiful straight right which sent the Hong Kong fighter to the canvas. Yeung quickly stood back up but made the mistake of remaining within Lee’s range rather than clinching or attempting to take him down, and before he could fully recover, Lee connected with the same powerful right hand, following Yeung to the canvas with a barrage of strikes before the referee called a stop to the contest at 0:45 of Round 1."
