Taiwan BJJ welcomes its latest blue belt, Rocky Lee! Rocky has been training hard and consistently for the last year at Taiwan BJJ and his belt advancement is well deserved.

Rocky was promoted to blue belt on December 19, 2010 by Makoto, Chris and Warren after competing and doing very well against some tough blue belts in the Abu Dhabi Pro China-Shanghai Trials on December 18.

In the words of the man himself:

"I beat one blue belt at my first match then I also won my second but I lost my third match. My opponent was a really good blue belt and technical, but he couldn't sweep me and the score was 0-0 no advantage, but he was more active so the judge gave him the win."

Rocky, congratulations on your performance in China and your well-deserved promotion!
